Have your say on Scotland's first national lung health plan

We need your help to shape the future of lung health in Scotland.

This survey will take just a few minutes - but will make a lasting difference to people living with lung conditions in Scotland.

The Scottish Government has published a draft plan for tackling Scotland's lung health, asking for people's views on it before they finalise it later this year.

We want to make sure that the real experts - people like you - have a chance to have your say.

Will you take this survey to give us your views on the key ideas the Scottish Government have brought forward? We've timed it and it only takes a few minutes to fill in!

Your comments will shape our response to the draft plan, and we'll send them all on to the Scottish Government. (Tick the box on the right if you're happy for us to include your name and contact details.)

In this survey we've highlighted the main issues that focus on people living with lung conditions.  They are:

  • Better access to Pulmonary Rehab
  • Support for mental health
  • Support for self-management
  • New technologies to help people
  • Support for unpaid carers.

Click 'Next' and it'll take you to pages with some questions about your views and experiences.  Fill in as many or as few as you like.

Thanks for taking the time to do this - it's so important that your views are heard.  We plan to send the responses to the Scottish Government, but your details will not be shared with them unless you're happy for us to do so.
